Software created by Futura to manage everything related to users and/or customers loyalty. It includes customized promotions, discounts and manages rates and balances.
It works with a simple identification device associated to a reading equipment (RFID, magnetic stripe, bar code, fingerprint…)
It offers the possibility of establishing common properties for all the company center, for just one part, by profiles, by turns …You can schedule dates and times in which these promotions and / or discounts should be applied in a remote way. The credit recharge can be done from different devices (POS, SmartKiosk …) and by cash, check or card. The payment is done in a very secured way. All the transactions are registered and it is verified in every moment that the information of the identification device coincides with the one in the database. It gives you the option to manage lists and reports through the Back Office: balance, access, billing, sales, etc.
This software can be installed in a POS, in a basic PC and/or into a Smartkiosk.
